Park View Whirlpool Suite

This romantic suite features sweeping views of Grant Park and an oversized double whirlpool tub positioned to take it all in. Styled in English-French manor elegance, the room includes toile wallpaper, oil paintings, custom draperies, original wood floors, and an airy canopy bed. A decorative fireplace adds atmosphere, while the private en-suite bathroom includes a walk-in shower.

Countryside & Grant Park View Suite

Best for: scenic views · history lovers · cozy escapes

One of the best views in Galena, this suite overlooks rolling countryside, Grant’s historic home, and the park below. Inside, hand-painted wall details, antique furnishings, and original 1800s woodwork create a warm, timeless feel. A queen bed with luxe linens and an electric fireplace invite lingering mornings. The private en-suite bathroom features a walk-in shower.

Historic Cozy Retreat

Suite 3 pairs original 170-year-old built-ins and hardwood floors with a queen bed dressed in soft linens. An antique fireplace mantel anchors the room with historic charm and a gentle electric glow, while a comfortable chair by the window creates a cozy spot for reading or unwinding. A unique bonus is the separate powder room—with sink and seated vanity—ideal for getting ready for a night out. The private en-suite bathroom includes a tub-and-shower combination, vintage in character and part of the home’s story.

Garden View Jacuzzi Suite

Overlooking the gardens and gazebo, this intimate suite blends English manor polish with countryside charm. Vintage artwork, an elegant chandelier, and English-inspired antiques set the tone. The full-sized bed is dressed in soft linens, and an electric fireplace adds warmth. A corner Jacuzzi tub for two is the highlight, complemented by a private en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower.

SUITE 5

Garden View Premier Suite

Best for: longer stays · extra space · light-filled relaxation

Located on the garden side of the house, Suite 5 is our newest and most spacious premier suite. The main sleeping area features a queen-sized canopy bed with luxe linens, while a sun-filled sitting room extends the space with a twin-sized daybed, vanity, and a beautiful Tiffany-style lamp. Large windows overlook the gardens, creating a peaceful place to read, sip coffee, or simply enjoy the view. The suite includes its own private en-suite bathroom and offers generous space to fully settle in and unwind.

Cottage

Private Garden Cottage

Tucked just beyond the gardens, this standalone 1800s cottage was once the loft above the home’s original carriage house. Today, exposed brick walls, hardwood floors, and English manor–inspired décor create a private, refined retreat. The loft features its own entrance and off-street parking, a queen bed with luxe linens, a cozy sitting room with a twin bed for a third guest, and a kitchenette with mini fridge. A petite private bath includes a standing shower, and an electric fireplace adds warmth. Large windows overlook the gardens, making this space ideal for guests who value quiet and privacy.
